1. Services

We provide an online marketplace for souvenirs and artisan crafts. Product details, prices, and availability are subject to change.

2. Account Registration

3. Purchases and Payments

• Prices are displayed excluding tax. Consumption tax and fees apply separately.
• Payments are processed via credit card through Stripe.
• A confirmation email will be sent after your order is placed.
• If an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly.

4. Shipping

• Shipping is available within Japan only.
• Shipping costs vary based on order amount and destination.
• Delivery date and time requests may be available but are not guaranteed.
• Delays may occur due to weather or transportation conditions.

5. Returns and Cancellations

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused items only.
• Defective or incorrectly shipped items will be exchanged or refunded at our expense.
• Return shipping costs for customer-initiated returns are the customer's responsibility.
• Cancellations are accepted only before the order has been prepared for shipping.
